General conditions and cancellations
When making the reservation you accept the following conditions:
It is forbidden to enter the premises for those under 18 years of age. You may be asked for an identity or other document to prove your age. If you have made a purchase being under 18 years of age or for a child under 18 years of age, the aforementioned does not constitute a reason to refund the amount.
At the door, the client must present both the ticket holder's identity document or passport and the credit card used to make the payment. Otherwise, access to the event may be refused without the right to any refund.
The "check-in" (pre-access control) starts 1 and a half hours before departure and closes 30 minutes before departure. The "check in" is located as indicated on our home page. First, you must perform the "check in" to exchange the ticket for a bracelet. Refunds are not accepted in advent that the client has not made the "check-in" during the opening hours indicated above.
The promoter reserves the right of admission to the venue and/or event.
The illegal resale (or attempted illegal resale) of a ticket constitutes a cause for the seizure or cancellation of any such ticket without recourse to any refund or any other type of compensation.
A ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or bets, or any other lucrative purpose unless the company promoting the event grants an express written authorization.
The use of trademarks or any other intellectual property of Beautiful People Ibiza will also be subject to the express consent of ANTONIO GARCIA LILLO, Owner of the trademark.
This ticket is issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of the venue and the Promoter of the event. All the details are available at the venue ticket office. The infraction of any of the said norms and regulations, or any other unacceptable act that may cause damage, prejudice or injury, will grant the right to the venue or event Promoter to expel the user from the premises.
The consumption of narcotic substances and/or being in an inebriated state before boarding the ship will be cause for immediate expulsion, without the right to the refund of the ticket cost.
The company will not be responsible for any loss or theft of tickets. The event Venue and Promoter are not responsible for any personal belongings.
The ticket holders, as part of the general public, give their consent to the recording of video and sound. The conditions of such consent are available to the customer.
Date changes will be accepted as long as they are notified 2 weeks before the event for which the purchase was made.
Reservation Cancellation Fee:
The cancellation of the reservation by the passenger will incur a penalty of 50% of the ticket cost if the cancellation is made between the ticket's purchase date and 15 days before departure. A penalty of 75% of the ticket cost is incurred if the cancellation is made between the purchase date and 7 days before departure. After this period, the penalty will equal 100% of the ticket cost.
If the client has purchased the cancellation insurance, they will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid up to 3 days before the day of the event. After this time, the penalty will be equivalent to 100% of the ticket.
In cases where bad weather does not allow the departure of the boat, and upon prior notification by the company, clients will be informed of the event's change of date or the ticket cost will be refunded at our offices. In no case will a refund be made for the amount paid for the reservation (a reservation constitutes 19% of the total purchase price).
The above condition will apply to any force majeure event, among which are
any unforeseeable and unpredictable event beyond the control of the Promoter, including natural disasters (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disasters), terrorist activities, government sanctions, blockade, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout, interruption or serious breakdown.
In cases where bad weather does not allow water sports to be undertaken, the aforementioned shall not be cause for partial/total reimbursement.
In cases where the company cannot perform the service due to technical problems that prevent its departure, the customer may choose to change the reservation for another similar boat excursion of the same amount, or a refund shall be made of the amount paid to the Promoter.
The images of the marketed product may not correspond to actual conditions, while the information may vary slightly from the final product.
The customer understands and accepts the general conditions, as well as the description of the product and its characteristics.
The services provided in the product offered will be announced in the website of the same, and thus there will be no refund of the product. due to a claim made by a customer for a service not provided if it is not advertised in the website.
In no case does the boat party ticket include in its price any ticket/access/discount to any disco, as they are a gift that we provide to our customers.
In no case is the party ticket valid for access to any club unless it is directly specified in the same.
In no case shall the company be responsible for the lists/bracelets/discounts that are not delivered because the promoter decides to cancel the lists of the specified day. There will be no entitlement to any refund for the same.
All discounts, free passes and/or tickets for any club must be collected at our offices before or after the arrival of the boat.
In no case shall the company be liable in the case that the client has not come to our offices after the boat's arrival or departure.
The schedules and itineraries are approximate and may vary without prior notice due to weather conditions and/or causes beyond the control of the event promoter.
All these terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law and any conflict arising from any transaction with the promoter will be solely subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify these general conditions in order to adapt them to future legislative or jurisprudential developments, as well as to industry practices. Any such changes shall be opportunely informed to the customers regarding any resultant changes.
